AbleBox is proud to announce a significant milestone in our manufacturing capabilities with the commissioning of the world's most advanced and automated corrugator. This achievement stems from a substantial investment of £7 million, enabling us to operate a state-of-the-art corrugator that produces up to 300 meters per minute of both single and double wall corrugated board. This advancement positions AbleBox to manufacture an impressive 100 million square meters of corrugated board annually, reinforcing our commitment to quality and efficiency in the packaging industry.
The successful integration of this cutting-edge technology is the result of a collaborative effort with EPS Escada, who customized their standard system to meet our specific operational goals. Our objective was to gain at least an 80% positive approval rating from our conversion department while maintaining zero complaints from our customers. We are pleased to report that these targets have been met, underscoring our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.
